This machine can be connected with the vacuum drier to make the soap material in high temperature into chips. It can also be used as the latter process of the mixer to squeeze,grind and filter the soap base and finally cut it continuously into chips being fed out to produce commercial soap chips ,It is the major equipment to be equipped with the Toilet Soap Vacuum Drier.

This machine uses ACmotor .The electromagnetic speed regulating or converter speed regulating can be used per the customer's request .In front end of the lead screw the fixed orifice plate ,filter sieve,grinding plate and rotating orifice plate are designed to improve the quality of the chips greatly. The chips made have high transparency, good blare and even crystal structure. Therefor, this machine is major necessary equipment for producing high grade toilet (transparent) soaps.

Any part of the machine which contacts the soap material is made of high quality stainless steel. The roller is made of specially made stainless steel seamless pipe. The productivity can be adjusted widely to meet the different needs of the output.
