XSCT2000 Toilet Soap Duplex Double Color Vacuum Plodder is a newly designed machine which is used in toilet soap finishing line, its production capacity can reach 2000kg per hour. This machine is duplex, double screw system, it can produce two colored soap bars.

It could continuously produce out the bar-type soap through the outlet ater making the squeezing, oxygen exhausting and grinding of the soap chips.This machine operates the first and second bar exporting in series, each uses its closed reducer independently and the torque is transmitted by the spline shaft. Therefore. it has the advantage of simple structure, quick installation, easy maintenance and reliable work.
