Brief IntroductionThis machine integrates functions of excluding empty box/bags, distributing path orderly, piling the cartons in multi-layer or multi-row, shaping cartons automatically, feeding boxes into cartons, folding the cartons, spraying glue(or sealing the cartons by using adhesive tapes), closing upper and under sides, outputting the cartons and so on. It is a completely automatic machine with multi-function along the working line. The speed can reach 10~12 cartons/minute.

This machine adopts internationally famous servo system and PLC. It is operated by touch screen and it can communicate with upper and lower units. This machine adopts very convenient transforming system for cartons in different sizes or specifications.

This machine satisfies the safety standard. It can be widely used for packing cartons in medical, food, daily chemical, light industrial and electrical fields. It can realize the complete automation without human operation while connecting with the upper units.
