Its main usage is to squeeze, stretch, disperse and grind the soap base for the purpose of equalizing the soap base and changing its crystal phase structure. Finally, the material is fed out in granular shape to be used by toilet soap bar vacuum exporting machine. It can also be independently used as a chip maker to make soap chips directly.

This machine uses all-hard-teeth precise-ground gear face reducer with advantage of wear-resistance, low noise, compact structure, and reliable running. The lead-screw is made of high quality stainless steel or aluminum alloy, which has strong corrosion-resistance and is durable. The inner roller body is made of special-made stainless steel seamless pipe without leakage. The control part can use many kinds of regulating units.

The productivity can be widely adjusted to meet the needs of different production scale.
