Its main usage is to squeeze, exhaust, stretch, disperse and grind the soap base
for the purpose of changing its crystal phase structure to obtain the fine-drawn
grinds of 0.01mm.

After the first and second precise grinding and stretching, the soap base will be
smooth, dense and high transparency. Finally the material is fed out in granular
shape to be used by toilet soap vacuum bar exporting machine. Both lead-screws
of the first and second precise grinder are made of new-type alloy, which has strong
corrosion-resistance and is durable.   

The inner roller body is made of special-made stainless steel seamless pipe without
leakage. All other parts which contact with the soap base are made of high quality
stainless steel. The transmission part use standard hard-teeth fine-ground 
gear face reducer with low noise, compact structure, stable and reliable.
