The toilet soaps come out from the production line, through the conveying line, and
enter the carton packing machine. In the machine, the carton is sucked out, opened,
with toilet soaps placed in the carton, and then the carton is melt glued
and closed.  
At last, the finished product is automatically printed the lot number and conveyed
out. LCD can be easily maintained and adjusted for the parameters. The Chinese
interface of the touch screen is easy to operate. PLC controlled carton packing
machine has the advantage of fast response, easy maintenance, high reliability
and stable performance.
The temperature of the glue spray is automatically controlled by the temperature
controller. The flow rate is controlled by the converter with strong suitability 
and easy adjustment.
