It is used to produce all kinds of soap bars by squeezing exhaust and grinding the
soap base for cutting, forming and printing. Both lead-screws of the first and
second bar are made of high quality stainless steel or aluminum alloy. The roller
body is made of special-made high quality seamless stainless steel pipes. All
other parts which contact the raw materials are made of high quality stain less
steel. The quality of the product is guaranteed.
The transmission part uses standard hard-teeth fine ground gear face reducer with
wear-resistance, low noise and temperature-rise, and compact structure. This machine
uses electromagnetic and frequency converter to make speed regulation. The
productivity can be arbitrarily adjusted to meet the needs of different production
scales.
